He will do exactly what Bill Clinton did. He will pander to his "base" in order to get elected and then govern from a position of relative moderation. A lot of the far left didn't like Clinton at the end of his term, and I'd wager the evangelicals are going to be pretty damn disappointed by McCain at the end of his.
I think the single best situation for our country to be in is with a relatively moderate president in office and with the opposing party to have minor majorities in both the house and senate.
