No, but it is the reason why a lot of Democrats voted against Hillary in the primaries. Let's not forget she lost.
The point is that it shows the decision making process of the people who are running for President. It shows that McCain makes very poor decisions, and that is not someone I want as President. He would've screwed our country over just like Bush did, why would I want to elect him? What would change? He voted with Bush 90% of the time and that's not likely to change because they think the same way, despite the political spin he is putting out. He has shown he is a poor decision maker and there isn't any reason to think that will change if he becomes President.
The majority of Americans knew the Iraq war was a very, very bad idea and if McCain didn't realize that, even after he was a prisoner of war in Vietnam, another horrible war, he is a lost cause.
