| More along the lines how, which health care proposal by either camp seeks to extend coverage or enable coverage for working families while simultaneously limiting reimbursements or promoting preventive treatments to limit costs?
I mean has either Obama or McCain even once said they wanted to find a way to lower costs other than cutting payments to doctors? Structuring the system so that problems are taken care of before they escalate (such as early signs of kidney problems)? Limiting which drugs are covered by the govt. backed plans so people who want more choice can have it but only if they can afford it? Addressing the fact that certain diseases, such as cancer, receive an astronomical amount of money for treatment? At what point does society limit how much to spend on a drug that costs 6-figures a year if it only prolongs life a short while? Is it worth it at 2 months? Will anyone even have the balls to address this?
There's one, I'd say drilling but its been beaten to death.
How about Iraq. Things are improving there. Do we get out as fast as we can and let whatever may be may be?
