Silk/(Bel)Garion///The Belgariad/Mallorean--Again as said above, Silk was just a character that had so much more depth hinted at, his quick wit was something I loved and it was these series that got me into Fantasy. Garion I liked simply because he was the first "fantasy hero" I read about, I loved the books and character so much I named my son Garion.
Simon(Seoman)///Memory, Sorry and Thorn--This was the first character in a book series I read where I actually felt I was watching a child turn into a man and hero, Williams did such a fantastic job making you care about all his characters this series remains my favorite epic fantasy series to date. |
