For me:

1. Battery
2. Blackened
3. Of Wolf and Man
4. Sweet Amber
5. Whiplash

I could probably extend the list to 10 easily but I think that's a pretty well rounded list representing various albums/eras. I wanted to add Metallica's version of Die, Die My Darling and So What? I could easily add 3 or 4 more off And Justice for All, 2 more from St. Anger and Blitzkrieg...
