There is a 20% attack speed reduction with 5/5 into the talent. With Flurry up the attack speed will even out. Since there is only a 30-40 dps increase from 1h and 2h weapons, I think the real value of this talent is the huge stat increase that comes with holding a 2h over a 1h.
The talent is also unclear if you can have two 2h weapons or just a 2h in the main hand.
