| Out of curiosity, is this a problem specific to the US? I live in Toronto and have things downloading pretty much 24/7. TV shows, movies, music whatever. From public torrent sites(namely isohunt if it makes a difference). I've never heard anything from my ISP, Rogers. I usually seed too. |
