[Goliath]

Funnest class in Diablo 2 is a hybrid sorcerer. I never conformed to the cookie cutter popular builds, ever. And I always surprised people with how well I did. At the time (before synergies) nobody could believe that as an 80 sorc, I could solo anything in the game relatively easy, including hell Baal and Hell Diablo. Hybrid sorc are still viable now, the key is getting +10 all skills or higher and at least 60% faster cast rate. I HATE HATE HATE playing Diablo 2 when as a certain class/build I cannot do everything. If I have only light skills and a mob is immune light it's going to piss me off if I can't kill it. Same goes for every other class. Oh god I was unbeatable in PvP too because of my max Tempest and high fast cast rate. I'd teleport around and nobody would be able to hit me (guided arrows couldnt catch either) and Tempest would just either insta kill people or drop them very low.

Sucks that Amazons aren't good anymore (apparently?) because they were the second most fun class. Having Windforce in one weapon slot and Titan's in the other and having max split arrow and lightning fury was sick and you could do anything. Both my 80 zon and 80 sorc solod diablo clones (admittedly took about 10 mins each) back in the day.

P.S. God I hated meteor. As a hybrid sorc I had at least 1 into everything and every skill did decent damage with my +15 to all, but meteor was always a massive pain in the ass. Waiting 3-4 seconds for the damage was annoying. I even tried meteor after synergies and got it all maxed and it was all still lame.

What's this business about 5 people needing to be in the game for MF? I used to MF solo on my sorc with around 375 and always found tons of items. I had everything.
