Huh? You said that if someone has a positive you give them a negative, and if someone has a negative you give them a positive. That's what the Path to Zero person is doing. +1 plus -1 = 0, and -1 + 1 = 0.
Unless I'm reading your post wrong, or you worded your post clumsily, I don't see how I've "failed at 1 + 1" here.

While you wrote "possible" instead of what I'm assuming was supposed to be "positive," my point stands. You're doing exactly what the Path to Zero person is doing. The Path to Zero person gives out positives to people with negative feedback and negatives to people with positive feedback.
