Thats sad... pickup group for fail... usually takes friends and I ~1 hour on Heroic.
It's gotten so bad that if I get a Heroic invite I goto the Wowarmory and check every members gear. If it's subpar or I see an overloaded amount of PvP gear on more then one player I just drop from the group and go back to searching. They can waste another tanks time.
