| I have to agree with everyone else here. Why are you spending $3000, wtf are you trying to build? $1000 gets you a nice gaming machine, $2000 gets you an absolute top of the line machine. SCSI drives are impractical unless you REALLY want to burn up money. A raid 0 will give you better performance for sure, but like was stated above, if one drive dies, you lose all your data.
Save yourself some money, I would find it hard to build a computer that costs $3000. |
