Sci Fi Channel creating hybrid TV series and MMO
I don't know what to make of this. I had in mymind the possibilities of creating a mixture of gaming experience with television but it had to be offline.
I have a hard time seeing this turn into a worthwhile product, because this takes some creative vision; and after seeing the scifi channel turn into the "John Edwards Meets Monster Movie of the Week who date Anorexic Chicks starring in Shows that act as lead ins for hokey Scifi Original Movies" Channel I see the network as artistically bankrupt.
