I disagree. Hulk has just been piss-poorly managed for 800 episodes. It was the comic where failures got their start, old artists went to die, or people wanted to commit comic book career suicide.
That is, until Pak took over and created World War Hulk. The only unfortunate part of it, was Hulk returning to earth. It was nice to see him absolutely wreck Dr. Strange and Iron Man, but I liked the idea of him becoming a Conan-esque type king on some other planet, where his limitations could be challenged in different ways, as opposed to the same tired shit he faces on earth.
Also, on the Thor run, its a great series. The art is stellar, and the story is starting to read like something from George R. R. Martins fucked up sense of storytelling....you know....slow passage, bunch of action, something really fucked up, repeat.
