| people have short memories that's all. almost all of the big10 in '02 would've mopped the floor with any other conference that year (and they did). 01 miami would ANAL rape any nc teams of today. you think 41-14 was bad last year? that 01 miami team would've made osu bend over like a bitch. 100-0 i'm talking here. the same for florida, lsu, texas, usc. the 02 buckeyes would also rape the living shit outta any of those teams. but most people are new to college ball and either weren't around or don't (want?) to remember.
it's all cyclical. we haven't had a truly, truly dominate team in about half a decade. i guess 04 usc would count, but 02 osu or 01 miami would still dismantle them though. we haven't had a dominant conference either sadly. and no, the sec is good, but not dominant.
