Altogether your gear is better than mine was when I was tanking SSC and all the Heroics both before and after elixir stacking. You're fine as is. These items won't take up your badges if you're saving those for the new stuff.

Eventually the badge gear is your only real destination for gear upgrades. I'd get the tanking trinket from Sunwell when you can get a group together to take on Heroic. Bring DPS gear.

I'm not a large advocate of avoidance gear. 490 defense > AC/STA block value > block rating > parry/dodge from my perspective. Avoidance makes rage generation too streaky in small fights. Obviously it's necessary for 25 man, but you get 25 man gear on 25 man raids.
