It's more for escaping roots then snares. If it was immunity, it'd be blessing of freedom, which would be quite powerful. Wotf is only for a small subset of things (fear/MC) as is stoneform (rogue poisons, wyvern sting).
I'm still pissed about the blind change. I miss stoneforming out of it =x
