Yes he is the huge fucking glowing red eye that blocks your minimap, reduces your vision, sets your screen on fire and drains your life when you witness too much of his evil and start having panic attacks.
The character that NPC's call the enemy in whispered quest text.
Lich King Arthas isn't in WoW yet either, it doesn't stop us discussing who would win in a fight lorewise.
