Chengdu got rocked but the only ones that died were people who thought the building was coming down, so they jumped.
There are still people buried in the small mountain town of Wenchuan. Majority of the deaths were under 18 since it was schools and hospitals with most of the deaths. Since I am claustrophobic, i cannot think of a worse way to die. I know I have seen kids this winter with Santa claus (some Canadian guy who was a fat English teacher and his flock of kids laughing with their American Flag bat) that are gone now. I remember them saying "hello" laughing and running away than coming back. Most of them are dead and it kinda sucks. I see their faces sometimes. |
Man that seriously sucks. your wife was there when it happened? I'm seriously glad she's okay...what sad news though, with the schools and the hospitals going first :/
