Yes, Ben took Locke to the cabin. Locke went inside and saw "Jacob", and Jacob said "Help me".

If we believe what Ben said to Sawyer inside his cabin, the mercenaries weren't trying to hit Sawyer, they were just trying to piss him off enough to turn over Ben.
I really enjoyed the last episode. The Hurley/Ben candy bar scene was great, but my favorite part of the episode was the look on Ben's face when they arrive at the mass grave. When they finally arrived at the cabin, did anyone notice if it was surrounded by the "ash" barrier that we saw when Ben first took Locke to see Jacob?
