Not being critical of you at all, but I don't get that. I consider Demo to be the 2nd-3rd easiest class to play. I think Hatorade has the right of it... once you get used to the idea that Stickies = main weapon, you will do much better. If you are just trying to get big scores, play Demo on Warpath, Goldrush or Demobowl and sticky/spam like crazy.
To someone new, I would also suggest playing on insta-spawn servers. Much less frustration while you learn the classes and the maps.
Spy, OTOH, is a bitch against a decent team. The braindead decision to have all Spies show at half health makes it even worse. Though i prefer Sniper and Engineer, I really think Spy should be up next as they could use some love.

The Doorman servers are pretty cool, though I think most are insta-spawn and you can get kicked due to reserved spots.

My favorite is going through the animation, having the "stab" sound go off, and still missing.
