I have a digital package for HD channels (and HD DVR), as well as HBO. For some reason my cable company doesn't offer (or plan to offer) on-demand, so I am seriously considering switching to satellite. It sucks because my parents live 15 miles away, under a different cable operator, and have on-demand everything.
