| The DOJ already ruled that the merger could happen (ie it would not constitute a monopoly). That leaves the FCC to rule, since they originally divided the spectrum in half.
The proposed pricing scheme is "a la carte", with plans starting as low as $6.95/mo for basic music, but you pay extra for sports and talk packages. I believe they said you could get everything for $14.95-$16.95/mo.
Personally I want the DJ-free music stations from XM packaged with Howard Stern from Sirius.
