I think the best interpretation is that she will lead the CYLONS to their deaths/ends. After all, this is being spoken by the Hybrids after all. The human race's end is Earth. The Cylon's end is death, which they will most likely find waiting for them at Earth. Either they'll destroy themselves in the final battle of the civil war. Or the humans from Earth have a military and kill anything remotely Cylon.
