| There are signs up in my univercity to not put toilet paper in the urinals, many a time I would go in and see a pool of piss in the urinal. I thought it was vandals but after seeing this thread... maybe it is a more widespread thing.
There are alot of Indian/Pakistani students at my uni and I blame them because I'm racist.
The circumsition thing doesn't sound right unless he is one of the few people with elephant trunk foreskin. He could still pull it back instead of pissing in it unless it's really tight AND long :S
