Christina Ricci is hot; that's all I've got. Between her and Gwynneth Paltrow in Iron Man it's been a definite step in the right direction. Enjoyed the movie well enough, would have preferred a PG-13 rather than PG so they could have a bit more grit to it, but it was in line with the original series.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read: I was surprised how far they went with the Racer X thing. THey could have easily milked a sequel out of it surrounding his identity.
