While I admit PoMs seem a bit over-powered at the moment, I don't know where the heck you're getting these tidbits of information from. I've heard them around here before, but there isn't a single post anywhere on Closed Beta forums with anything similar to these comments. And that damage buff doesn't seem bugged, actually. It feels more "weird" than anything. Sometimes I'll have that buff going and my Smites, etc. will be doing a bit more damage than usual, and other times it seems they're about halved in damage. I'm still not sure if this is based on mobs having +Holy resistance or whatever.
In any event, they better not nerf PoMs too much or nobody will be playing them. They aren't "flashy" like most of the other classes, so they need to be a touch over-powered (or at least have really good defenses) to draw people to playing healers.
