I'm going with the only non dev post I've read about it on the pom closed beta boards I think, that pretty much said everything was a major tank and spank, and healing was way too fucking easy, expected since cone heals don't stack, and group heals only stack with different class, so they have to design dmg based on conqueror tanking, with at most 2 group heals and a cone heal, + the 1minute immunity single target heal, and lvl 70 potions. That means that bringing 3 different healing class or 2pom trivialize healing, and a guardian tanking trivialize the whole raiding thing.
Sadly since there's no real way to push healing higher or whatever, I fail to see how they'll be able to design good raiding content. But that's from my healing perspective. However the game definitely looks dull from pve mechanics point of view.
I haven't tested myself, but to be honest I don't expect any raiding in any game to be on the level of what I can experience currently in wow, if I could be bothered to log in and raid, aka sunwell. Too bad I can't get myself to spam lifebloom for 4hours anymore ^^. If I'm wrong about aoc raiding, I'll be surprised. Better than a let down thinking it's good and seeing it's shit. It's my current policy with mmos, and it seems to work just fine.
