Player collision is ignored when a player is in stealth, so you would be able to stealth through players to reach a softer target. However, when you break stealth to attack collision applies again, so if you're inside a player's collision radius you will be teleported outside it, about a yard or two (still in melee range though)

Fake edit: I haven't tested this on players yet but it applies to NPCs so I would assume the same mechanics are in place for player models. Now, if someone would actually do low-lvl pvp I could test this on my new assassin.
