I actually have no experience in this, I was just making the proverbial "there are no women on the internets" post.

On a serious note though, I read somewhere that something crazy like 80% of women over 40 have HPV, which is something you dont want to get then pass down to some 20 something chick after your done banging the cougar.

I could never do the one night stand thing for fear of STD's alone. The older you get, the more likely it is that someone has something, and if someone is willing to do a one night stand, you can be pretty sure its not their first. Same reason I would never pay for sex.
