When I was staying in the marriott across from the Mall of America I was watching the PBS station their. They had a 1 hour show on how the twin cities has gone to shit and had all sorts of graphs, interviews etc. to back it.
Unless that PBS show was 10 years old, I am not sure how you can say that and I saw what I saw.
