| Just do every quest, color is only difficulty, you still get full xp for grey quests. It's much easier to go do all the quests in a zone at once, grey green yellow and orange(reds are usually too tough), and turn them all in. Haven't found it an issue to hit lvl 20 before leaving tortage, and actually I haven't even bothered completing all of it, could probably have hit 21.
I'm currently trying to find a way to hit 20 in night time only though, I've found a few loopholes during the destiny quests(mostly perma respawning mobs) but it's not too easy. Will be useful on live to avoid retards camping white sands island entrance though. At least you can enter sewers from 2 places. |
