It seem this always come up. This notion of "38" is actually 30-40 and is pretty much wrongly based on a 70's outdated study about man and woman "orgasms per week". Anyway someone could try to find the study on the web. In short, it's complete bullshit.
Like man, the sexual peak of womans is in their early 20's no matter how much they "discovered" their bodies later on yada yada.
