| I know I am asking for it with this, but EvE was a disappointment for me. I tried to do the trial once and was just overwhelmed with how complicated the game was. Then I started reading about it on this board and I wanted a taste of the amazing pvp that was like a giant space soap opera. Once I had trained my toon for about a month and a half I realized that I was never ever going to be anywhere near as powerful as the people that started on day 1. This just totally ruined the game for me. If time in game > skill no matter what you do it makes any sort of upgrade seem pointless.
And I have to agree with MxO. I was a huge fan of the movies, but the game was garbage.
