Acid isn't really all that different from shrooms, in my opinion. Obviously it's much stronger, but if you sat down and ate half an ounce of shrooms you'd get fairly similar affects. I'm sure there's posters on Erowid who can highlight the exact differences between them, but they're close enough for government work.
And jesus, now that I think about it, it's been almost 15 years since I last did LSD.
