Those xp totals are pretty damn low though.

In a military game, you shouldnt be rewarded for solo actions unless its an assassin type role (kills with sniper/stealther blade-handgun kills).

All they're doing is making it less attractive to group in larger squads. Couple this with friendly fire and it even becomes less useful. Seems like half the time you die its because someone had an itchy finger or cant tell the damn difference between units.
