| Im one of those 70's with honor gear but not Arena gear.
Lead raids back in vanilla and burnt out, got to 70 after TBC and quit and a few months ago came back and play super casual now. Its pretty much a solo game for me and ill hop and do an AV/AB or 2 then go do something else.
The issue with Arena's is first id have to know people to arena with, which i dont, and i have no desire to run instances to meet people. Second arena's take much more commitment, you either have to pick a night and always play that night with your team or be on enough that you and your team can get enough games in at random times.
With the BG's and dumping previous seasons gear to honor vendors I could hop on whenever i wanted, play as much or as little as i wanted, quit at any moment w/o fucking up a team/guild and after a while pick up some new gear with bigger numbers.
With the changes coming in S4 ill most likely cancel and go back to other ways of killing an hour here and there.
