| Ya, same here. I'm extremely skeptical of stuff that isn't even being shown to closed testers yet. It reeks of "not ready yet". And I also agree that the lowbie spells and skill sets are on the dull side. At least the 1-10 portion goes quickly! Still, I cant say I've ever been blown away by the spell and skill progression of any class in any MMO ever, from 1-10. Im not saying it should be boring but the nature of the genre is start small and end big after a suitable journey. I'm willing to overlook a little early drudgery if the payoff is good.
It's also great to hear them addressing my two biggest performance gripes with the stalling and long load times. Even for them to acknowledge is that quickly is encouraging. |
