If you're going to play an emu (and you probably shouldn't) use PEQ.

Lots of servers, even PvP. At least 3 servers have 100+ players at almost all times and several hundred during peak weekends. And 90% of the mobs are in from release->PoP PEQ even has a pretty decent quest database including shawl/ring, epics, etc..

Pretty decent, I play it from time to time. Sometimes I load up 4 800x600 windows and pretend I'm Sam. Other times I just play my Wizard in groups/raids. But ultimately there's one major thing wrong with Emus. There's no guarentees. Long gone are the days of Pwipes for me, and I don't want a character that could be deleted or removed at any time from a lawsuit to pure whim.
