You are AGAIN regurgitating the same hollow emotionalism that someone used to hook you into their worldview before. It worked on you because it's a charged and emotional belief. "OMG the poor people, they dont have healthcare and the conservatives wont give them any!!!" You were angered by this and you demanded answers.
So of course the answers they gave you was what they wanted you to believe. They told you that Conservatives want to abolish social services because they hate lazy people. They told you that they hate lazy people because they're rich. Then they told you that they're rich because they're evil. And since that logic made sense, you NEVER BOTHERED to try to confirm the core conceit of their argument anyway.
The truth is that the TRULY POOR in the United States enjoy the the most widespread social healthcare system IN THE WORLD for absolutely free. They get better and cheaper healthcare than YOU. They don't pay for any of it. They enjoy the most advanced healthcare with the most dedicated doctors in places like
Chicago's John Stroger Hospital and ALL FOR FREE. Lasik Eye Surgery? Free. Diabetes treatment? Free. Liposuction (happens a lot since the poor in the US suffer a disproportionate representation of the obesity problem) and bypass surgery? Free.
You and me, we have to pay, because THAT'S what a socialized system does, it makes productive members of society pay for the unwise life choices of the unwisest members of an unwise society. Well.. not me because I decided I should earn my citizenship by fighting for my country...but YOU and your traitor family has to pay.
The POOR don't even pay for their FOOD in this country, they don't even pay fucking sales taxes on the bulk of their food expenses because it's ILLEGAL to tax food stamps. See that? Even with indirect taxation the poor don't pay SHIT.
