| It really depends on what type of atmosphere you are going for. I head to Vegas 3 or 4 times a year and exclusively play poker and bet on sports. The last handful of trips I have stayed and played at Caesars. There are a few really good players but there are enough fish to go around that you can stay clear of the locals. There is always some sort of convention taking place and lots of times the business people just want to sit down and see what it is like to play live poker. Play pot odds and you will make money pretty much daily.
Like spronk said, though, if you are going to look at the waitresses and get a constant flow of drinks, Caesars is not for you. Personally I don't drink when I am playing so I don't really notice the service. I have had good luck at the Bellagio as well but I like the Caesars sports book more so I almost always stay there.
