Lets say I get the MOTO Q by Motorola for $29.99.
This phone uses the Windows Mobile operating system.

Say I get the Exclusive Referral Offer – For Sprint Power Vision Phones
500 Minutes for $30.00 which includes Unlimited Web/Data Access

Does that mean I could use Skype with Grand Central and not even use up any minutes?
