Yeah it can be pretty bad. I'm not sure if I dislike it though, the complexity is appreciated.
But with my barbarian (who gets a set of skills for 2hander, and a separate set for dual wield, and god forbid I have to open my inventory to get out my bow), fights can often make your fingers go nuts.
