Theres a message next to each set of keys Under Status
TBD = To Be Decided (ie that set of keys may not go out that day)
Confirmed = That set of keys will go out that day
Coming Soon = That set of keys will be released within the next 2 hours, but maybe as quick as a few minutes
Distributed = you missed that set of keys
Make sure you are logged in and subscribed because the sets of keys are going within a minute or so.

You will get a message in the Team Fileplanet box a few seconds before set of keys is released. If you are in time when a set of keys is released you will get asked for email, name, DOB and tick 2 boxes. If you are in time it gives you your key straight away.
