Heres links to the place mentioned here.
Temple of the Three Winds. This is
a list of the phat lewt from there. ToTW caps at lvl 60. Once you hit 60 you can;t get in there. Theres a similar start area called the Subway, which caps at lvl 24.
I'd strongly recommend not spending too much time in either of them, though the XP is nuts, its like Karnors for the free to play kiddies.
Last couple of things - the 'pots' system - theres a sit down and an in battle version for health and 'mana' depend on First Aid and Treatment skills. Early on you choose, sides, - Omni, Neutral or Clan. From the Omni social booths you can buy a full set of clothes called an
Omni Med Suit (6 pieces). These gie massive buffs to Treatment and First Aid - the Treatment helps with installing implants of a higher level and they both help with using much higher heal items.
And
heres a guide giving some advice on what to do once you leave the starter island.
And no, not a shill. Just been playing this for a while and enjoyed it. In fact
heres the post from a few weeks from Rayne that got me playing it. Though a few others might like to for a few weeks until AoC comes out, but took me ages to get round to it because :
i) it takes a couple of hours to type all this stuff out, and
ii) I thought I'd get some shit off someone calling me one thing or another.
