You can't compare badge rewards, guess why?
Badge gear is the same Ilvl as fucking s3 gear (which only has req's on two pieces), so the only badge gear that is "free" in comparison to s3 gear are the weapons (since, you know, there are no shoulders).
Most of the s4 rating requirements (Chest, Boots, Belt, Legs, Gloves, Rings, Neck) can be gotten, fairly easily, with even blue geared players that have "half way" decent team coordination in 3v3 or 5v5. My paladin, in his fucking blue PvP set, with a bunch of blue/green alts is over 1600 in his first week in arena, its not fucking hard, at all, those requirements, except for the weapons and shoulders, are god damn T-ball league reqs.
