Your personal rating can't go down and doesn't reset until end of season. Personal rating determines what you can buy and what teams you'll face. Highest personal rating on the team determines matches.
Team rating is reset every week and determines how many points you get. Teams are locked once you play a game that week. You have to play 50% of games to get points.
I think it would be effective to say the least. |
