Add Bloodscalp to this. We have exactly the same problem. I hit 2k in 2s about the 4th week of S3 and I've been trying to help some friends get 1850 in 3s for some weapons and we keep running into full S3 reroll/pr selling/point selling teams that womp the shit out of my much lesser geared teammates.
When we run into similar geared people we win.
Right now the arena system is a fucking joke and these changes do nothing to address the real root of the problem. PR has to be made perm.
