| Please don't try to convince us that the Little 10 champion is somehow deserving of another national title appearance. Don't get me wrong, OSU did nothing wrong to convince us they shouldn't have been in those games. They're just outclassed. Let's avoid having to call osu the bills of college football. Unfortunately they'll be in the talk thanks to the mere size of their alumni and influence. Sigh.
I'd love to see USC vs Big12 champ vs the SEC Champ this year, something along those lines. ACC is relatively weak, although I think Miami makes a big move back to relevance. Big East has WVU still, but nothing else, as usual. Pac10 is still just USC, and they'll undoubtedly lose to someone bad like UCLA or Stanford to remove them from the running.
Good luck to anyone trying to defend us this year. Harvin, Rainey, Tebow, and Moody if he learns to hold onto the ball =). If our D is just one 4th-down-stop improved we're in the title game this year. If we're going it'll be decided on Nov 1 in Jax. #1 vs #2 UF vs UGA, game of the season? |
