| FFXI Jobs system. It is completely and 100% full of awesome. If any other MMO came out and had this system I guarantee the playerbase would absolutely love the game. One thing I've always hated is making new alts and doing the same shitty quests like getting keyed for places, doing long armor chains, unlocking things via quests. What I didn't like was the subjob system, no thank you.
VG Defensive/Offensive targets. It rules for not only healing, but also for tanking and doing rescues.
