| Pretty much whats already been said ^. If you find yourself pulling away in levels, just stop the normal XP and just do a quick blast through the zones / instances of your tier for the named kills at a minimum. I find doing the named is fairly sufficient in keeping the AA up, but you really dont want to skip anything. Just 1 run though instances will net your disco and named AA. If you want to play it safer, pick up a few quests... tho its not entirely necessary. Heritage Quests can yield some big AA hits, but some are quite time consuming (Screaming Mace, etc).
I have recently picked up my old Guard that I shelved in DoF. He was mid 50s with 0aa! All I did was end up mentoring my girlfriend's Fury from lvl20 on. We basically hit every zone / instance for the disco and named kills. We finished all of the old world content and are about halfway through DoF. We havent even stepped foot in KoS or EoF and I am already at 72aa. Easy work with minimal questing.
